and any current or future technology capable of generating, analyzing, processing, learning from, or producing content.

2.6 Derivative Work

"Derivative Work" means any translation, adaptation, modification, summary, transformation, compilation, extraction, recreation, or work based in whole or in part upon Career MyWay Content.

3. Ownership of Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all Content available through Career MyWay is the exclusive property of Career MyWay Inc. or is used under appropriate license.

This includes all rights relating to:

trademarks;
trade names;
industrial designs;
databases;
trade secrets;
know-how;
software;
algorithms;
educational methodologies;
recommendation engines;
AI-assisted content;
compilations;
original works;
proprietary systems;

6. Derivative Works

No Derivative Work based upon Career MyWay Content may be created, distributed, published, translated, adapted, commercialized, or otherwise exploited without prior written authorization.

This prohibition applies whether the Derivative Work is created manually or through artificial intelligence.

7. Third-Party Intellectual Property

Certain Content may be used under license from third parties.

All trademarks, copyrights, logos, and other proprietary rights belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
